Shawna Chatfield

Shawna Chatfield

Radio Tour Manager

Shawna has headed the Radio Tour Department at GrassRoots Promotion since 2013.  Like many music lovers, her passion for living a life surrounded by all things musical began from an early age, but it was during her time at Middle Tennessee State University studying Music Business Management and Entrepreneurship that she was able to start putting things into motion professionally with internships and volunteering.

With a passion for small business management and music always being the driving force of her life path, naturally (and possibly to her parents’ dismay), she started a band immediately following her college graduation. For several years Shawna played, toured, booked, and managed her band applying the skills learned from her time put in at MTSU, and all the while gained invaluable industry experience that would eventually lead her to pursuing a career off of the stage. Shawna currently resides in Nashville, TN and is thrilled by the opportunity to be a part of the GrassRoots Promotion team.

Just wanted to let you know that over the last couple weeks we’ve been getting a big influx of performance offers for Mitch Goudy in 2014. I’d say 80% of the venues/promoters have mentioned the radio play we’ve gotten for “Blow These Speakers Out”. Your work is paying off and we couldn’t be more pleased!
